In 2016, I joined the Board of Directors after retiring from ownership of a CPA firm for over 40 years. For the past 20 years, I have been involved with the manufactured housing industry and fully support the ongoing efforts of Affordable Community Living (ACL) as they strive to assist families in finding a place to call home.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to our former Chairman of the Board, Garry Edmundson, who passed away in September 2016, for his knowledgeable leadership in maintaining the ideals which ACL has established in the communities that it owns and operates. His leadership has helped ACL assist thousands of low to moderate income families improve their standard of living and realize their own American dream of home ownership, while easing the burden to local government.

Dennis Kazarian, President – Former Chief of Staff for US Congressman Danielson and California State Senator Calderon.
Tom LaCroix, Board Member – Former Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Beach Business Bank. Pacific Coast Banking School graduate with 40 years commercial and corporate lending experience. USMCR 1967-1973.
Barry Cole, Board Member – President of Cole Housing Corp and Manufactured Housing Insurance Services and founding member on California Manufactured Housing Institute's Board of Directors.
John Yeandle, Board Member – General Manager of Lake Park Communities-EPM and owner of a private financial advising firm. U.S. Marine veteran.
Aaron Brandenburg, Board Member – Current Chief Operating Officer at Xiphos Corporation. U.S. Army Green Beret Combat veteran.
Jim Duffy, Board Member – Former Special Investigator for the California State Contractor's License Board. U.S. Army Green Beret Combat veteran.
Jess Maxcy, Board Member – President of the California Manufactured Housing Institute and Foundation, and continuous board member since 1982.
Ramon Rodriguez, Board Member – Executive Vice President, Government Affairs and Business Development for GSG Protective Services. U.S. Army Special Forces veteran.
