A Word From Our Chairman

In 2016, I joined the Board of Directors after retiring from ownership of a CPA firm for over 40 years. For the past 20 years, I have been involved with the manufactured housing industry and fully support the ongoing efforts of Affordable Community Living (ACL) as they strive to assist families in finding a place to call home.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to our former Chairman of the Board, Garry Edmundson, who passed away in September 2016, for his knowledgeable leadership in maintaining the ideals which ACL has established in the communities that it owns and operates. His leadership has helped ACL assist thousands of low to moderate income families improve their standard of living and realize their own American dream of home ownership, while easing the burden to local government.
